Policy Scope & Application
This policy applies to all assets managed by Pembrium Partners, including public equities, fixed income, and private markets. It defines our approach to the four pillars of responsible investment:
ESG Integration
We formally integrate material ESG factors into investment analysis and decision-making processes. This includes proprietary scoring models and qualitative assessment of management quality.
Active Stewardship
We are active owners. We exercise our voting rights and engage with issuers to promote sustainable business practices, transparency, and long-term value creation.
Exclusions & Screening
We maintain a firm-wide exclusion list for sectors and activities deemed incompatible with our values and risk standards, including controversial weapons and thermal coal.
Transparency & Reporting
We commit to annual disclosure of our ESG activities, including carbon footprint metrics, voting records, and engagement outcomes, in alignment with TCFD and PRI standards.
