Client Relationship
Summary.
Form CRS provides a brief, plain-English summary of the nature of our relationship with you. It covers the types of services we offer, the fees you pay, and the conflicts of interest that exist.
Questions to Ask Us
The SEC recommends asking these specific questions to any investment professional to better understand their services and conflicts.
"Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?"
We generally serve clients with $5M+ in investable assets who require complex portfolio management. If your needs are transactional or you prefer to pick your own stocks, a brokerage account may be more appropriate.
"How will you choose investments to recommend to me?"
We utilize a rigorous investment committee process, combining fundamental research with quantitative risk management. We do not use proprietary products; we select carefully screened vehicles globally.
"What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education, and other qualifications?"
Our advisors typically hold advanced degrees (MBA, PhD) and professional designations (CFA, CFP). We have over 26 years of institutional investment experience.
"Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments."
If you give us $10,000,000 to invest, you will pay approximately $75,000/year in advisory fees (0.75%). This reduces your total return. We charge on asset value, not transactions.
